Student can complete the Private Certificate, the Instrument Rating, and the Commercial Certificate. New Private Pilot at CAVU Flight Academy!

CAVU Flight Academy has been approved and is certified for enrollment for the GI Bill. The Department of Veterans Affairs education benefit earned by members of Active Duty, Selected Reserve and National Guard Armed Forces and their families. The benefit is designed to help service members and eligible veterans cover the costs associated with getting an education or training. CAVU is proud to be apart of the educational program! Tom Dahlstrom, a new Flight Instructor at CAVU Flight Academy, holds his Commercial certificate, Multiengine rating, and the Flight Instructor Certificate. Tom has had the passion for flight since age 6 having attended every year since with his father who is an Airline Pilot. Tom enjoys helping people learn the science and art of flight. He is also continuing his education in Aviation Sciences at Utah Valley University online at CAVU Flight Academy.

Ryan Wessell, Flight Instructor at CAVU Flight Academy congratulates Gositha Indika Suresh Haduwala Dewage, commonly known as ACE for earning his Flight Instructor Certificate. Ace is from Sri Lanka, a member of the National Civil Air Patrol and will be instructing in Florida.
